Why does Employer Branding feel so personal?

Yes — it’s strategy.
Yes — it’s positioning.

But it’s also about how we lead. How we grow. And how honest we’re willing to be — with ourselves.

None of this is just theory. Most of it, we learn on the job.
In real life.

That’s how it was for me — and how it still is, now in my own company.
It continues. It always will. Because the most important part is: to face it.
