CULTURE & CHANGE
Change & Transformation for Hospitality Brands
Lead the transformation your team stands behind.
We support change wherever people come together to deliver excellent service; in hospitality brands and service businesses of every size.
Where we apply it
-
The strategy exists. We make it daily behaviour, from onboarding to leadership routines. It runs through your documents as well, the employment contract and the performance review included, so people meet the same promise wherever they deal with you as an employer.
-
A new F&B concept, a new brand, a merger. We take the whole hotel through it.
-
New leadership members, different generation, new expectations. We develop core skills along your values, so standards are visible and get modelled on every shift.
-
One flow from pre-arrival to Housekeeping and F&B. Clean handovers, fewer steps, less rework.
-
PMS, POS, CRM, AI tools. Software only adds value when the workflow changes with it. We make the system the new way of working.
Why change stalls
Teams hear about the change before they understand the reason for it.
It's never quite clear who decides. So the decision waits for the next management meeting, and then for the one after that.
The project runs next to daily business, until daily business wins.
Fear stays quiet. People wait it out and leaders burn out.
People carry out what they had no part in, and it shows on the floor.

What will be different
-
Ask the night porter and you get the same answer as from the F&B manager. In their own words, with the reason behind it. That's the point where people stop waiting for it to pass.
-
In a hotel, news travels through the staff canteen before it reaches the briefing. So we plan who hears what and when, and that includes the night shift and the people on days off. By the time the rumour arrives, your team already knows the real version. It takes a lot of noise out of the whole process.
-
Worry stays quiet. Someone thinks the new system will cost them their job, says nothing, and you find out in the exit interview. We create the moments where it gets said, while you can still do something with it. People who get a real answer to their worry become the ones who carry the change. And the more of them you have, the better the chance the change lasts.
-
Every hotel has them. The housekeeping supervisor who's been there 18 years, the chef de rang the new ones copy. Their opinion moves more people than the org chart does. We find them early and give them a real part in the change, so that influence works for you.
-
Housekeeping and front office want different things from the same new system, and both have a point. Change brings that into the open. Here it gets settled in the room, with a date and a name on it. The better solution usually comes out of exactly those conversations.
-
Month 3 or 4 is where most projects quietly die. The first excitement is gone, daily business is back at full volume, and the change becomes extra work. So progress stays visible in small steps. A handover that stops going wrong. A shift plan that comes out on Wednesday instead of Friday night. People stay with it because they can see it working.
How we work
Take your employer brand. The strategy is written and your comms team already has ideas. Then it has to reach the employment contract, and the way a head of department speaks to the team on a difficult day. This second part is our work.
Based on established change models, translated for hotel operations. Each phase has its own toolkit. We map your version of it on the Sparring Day.
-
A clear mandate, clear roles, and a story people can repeat in their own words. This happens before the announcement.
-
Resistance shows up in this phase, and it gets worked with in person. Everyone affected gets a real part, because people support what they helped build. Training runs alongside, so the new way is something people can actually do.
-
New routines and rituals, until the change is simply how you work here. Then we check whether it really lasted.
