The design hotel THE OMNIA Mountain lodge in Zermatt, under the leadership of Christian Eckert, Hotelier of the Year 2023, has partnered with NOUWORK to implement innovative people & culture (HR) and employer branding strategies.
The journey began in July 2024, and over the past six months, we have had the privilege of working with THE OMNIA to craft a bold and distinctive Employer Branding identity. While the vibrant culture was already thriving, we helped shape and define it, giving it a clear and compelling identity. Beyond what you see on the outside, so much happened behind the scenes- their energetic and highly motivated team brought this transformation to life.
