A quick question. Do your employees have their reference letter in hand on their last working day?

For many, it arrives weeks later. Or it comes back once more, because information is missing or the person does not recognise themselves in it.

Leaving is the most underestimated moment in the employee lifecycle. It helps decide who applies to you next, and who comes back at some point.

This is why Skriba and NOUWORK are joining forces. I will bring my thoughts on how to shape an exit and what to keep in mind. Timothy Rabozzi takes the reference letter as a test case, including the question of where AI helps and where it is better left out.
