Offboarding, references and AI with Skriba

How an employee leaves your hotel is remembered. By the team that stays, by future applicants and by the market.

On 1 October, NOUWORK and Skriba held a joint webinar on offboarding, employment references and how AI can support the process. Thank you to everyone who joined us.

The first takeaway is simple. The last impression lasts. A respectful exit stays with people long after their final day.

The second is very Swiss. The employment reference (Arbeitszeugnis) accompanies employees through their entire working life. It deserves the same care as the hiring process.

The third is the practical one. With a clear process and the right tools, the time per reference drops from around 90 to 15 minutes. That leaves more time for a fair and appreciative assessment.

A good exit deserves the same attention as a good onboarding. Both shape how people talk about your hotel.
