Change and Leadership
Two Updates for the Hospitality Community
With the submission of my final paper, my Change Management program will be completed in the coming days. This marks an important step for me – and I am excited to bring this knowledge into practice in the hospitality world.
Real change always begins with leadership. Leaders who inspire transformation, lead by example, and build cultures where teams can truly thrive are the driving force behind meaningful change.
Applying Change in Hospitality
One of the key outcomes of my Change Management journey is the ability to apply change expertise more broadly in hospitality. This goes far beyond employer branding and touches on essential aspects of organizational development: introducing new digital processes, rethinking leadership approaches, and creating strategies that strengthen culture in a sustainable way.
Fresh Collaboration
Alongside this milestone, I am delighted to share another development: together with Christina I have co-created a concept that is more relevant than ever.
Leadership Development meets Employer Branding – where change happens and future competences are strengthened across generations.
This collaboration combines two essential forces in hospitality today: the role of strong, forward-looking leadership and the ability to position an organization as an attractive employer. It is a concept designed to empower hotels to embrace transformation and prepare their teams for the future.
Change is growth.
