Employer Branding Crash Course

KULM HOTEL ST. MORITZ GRAND HOTEL KORNENHOF

The Kulm Group chose a clear starting point: at the beginning of 2026, Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and Grand Hotel Kronenhof completed NOUWORK's Employer Branding Crash Course — a one-day on-site workshop designed to build strategic clarity before moving into execution.

The format is intentionally intensive. In a single day, participants move away from surface-level thinking toward a structured understanding of what defines them as an employer — what they stand for, who they genuinely attract, and where their differentiation lies.

In a single day, participants gain clarity on what sets them apart as an employer and recognise the direction to take.

The day covered the full scope of the Crash Course curriculum: success factors and common pitfalls, employee lifecycle thinking, target group definition and persona development, EVP (Employee Value Proposition), and a rollout framework with concrete next steps.

This was not the end of a project — it was the deliberate kickoff of one. The Kulm Group left the day with a clear compass and the foundation to move into the next stages of their employer brand development with direction and focus.
